Pushpa provides onboarding, training and support for schools and colleges in India using Persona Life Skills.

“I am super excited to lead this wonderful program in India. Persona will surely add value to the recent impetus towards digital applications in teaching and learning, especially for schools where the approach is rooted in values.”

Pushpa is an education expert and consultant who has trained many educators, teachers and academic leaders across India, both in the government sector and the private sector. She is certified for Online Teacher Training by the British Council.

She has over 15 years of experience in teacher training, developing guidance material, and conducting language assessments, classroom observations and curriculum mapping. She is also experienced in designing and conducting data collection for needs analysis, baseline studies, monitoring and evaluation purposes.

At Persona Education, Pushpa leads our work in India, hosting regular online sessions to familiarise schools and colleges with the benefits of social-emotional learning.

With her long experience of working with schools and teachers in India, she is well-placed to advise head teachers and pastoral leaders on how Persona Life Skills can help, and how to get started.
