How it works
- When you register as a Teacher or Admin, a Free account for your school/college will be created, with limited content and features.
- If you have bought a subscription plan, you will be granted access to the relevant paid content and features within one working day.
- For Free or Paid Subscription school/college accounts, the first teacher to register will become the Admin.
- We can add or change Admins on request.
- If you are not the first teacher from your school/college, we will add you to the existing account as a Teacher.
- With a Teacher account, you can add or remove students in your Group(s), lock/unlock modules, monitor their progress and review their work.
- You can play through all modules, but you can only unlock for students those modules included with a Free account, until upgraded to a Paid Subscription.
- Admins have Teacher access, and can also create Student and Teacher accounts, and Groups (eg. classes, divisions or tutor groups).
- Teacher and Student accounts created by an Admin will receive an email with their password. Please ask your school/college IT to whitelist email from @persona.education.
- Students who self-register can choose their own password and will be automatically signed in.
- In a Free school/college account, Admins can upgrade to a one, two or three year Paid Subscription at any time, giving teachers and students full access to all available modules and features until 31-Aug in the final year.
- In a Paid Subscription account, as the end date approaches we will be in touch to ask if you want to renew, change or cancel the subscription.
