Persona Life Skills - Your Persona module

Learn how we all have a unique mix of personality styles (your ‘Persona’), which influences the way we think, communicate and behave, in any situation. Get to know the four styles (Animated, Decisive, Rational, Sociable), and see how each style differs from another.

 

Persona Life Skills is structured as a learning metaphor of exploring an archipelago of Islands, representing social, learning and work life challenges.

 

In this 45-60 min Island module, your students will:

  • Recognise that everyone has a unique mix of personality styles – their Persona.

  • Observe that the way they think, communicate, and behave, in any situation, is determined by their mix of personality styles.

  • Develop respect, by understanding that people think, communicate and behave in different ways.
