New platform feature: Student self-registration
The Persona Life Skills online learning platform now includes a student self-registration feature, where students can create an account using a code to attach themselves to the correct school and group, choose their own password, and instantly start using the platform.

Getting your students started on the Persona Life Skills social-emotional online learning platform is now even easier!
When a teacher or school has registered an account and created a Group, students can use a unique Group CODE to register their own account attached to that Group and school, and start using the platform immediately. The CODE can be renewed at any time by the teacher or school admin, to ensure the school's Persona Life Skills account remains secure.
This eliminates the need to collect student details and upload XLS or CSV files (though this option is also available if preferred). It also means students do not need to receive an email to find out their password. And as they choose it themselves they are less likely to forget it.
Here is your step-by-step guide to student self-registration:
STEP 1: Create a Group
The Persona Life Skills school Admin creates a Group in the Manage Groups screen. A Group may be a teaching class, year group, tutor group, PSHE set or any other group of students who will use Persona Life Skills together.
STEP 2: Allocate Teacher(s) to Group(s)
The Admin attaches one or more Teachers to the Group, in the Manage Teachers screen.
STEP 3: Share the Group CODE with students
The Teacher or Admin finds the Group CODE in the Groups screen, and shares it with students who need an account. Note: If you already have Groups in your account, they will now have a CODE assigned, allowing new students to join easily.
STEP 4: Student self-registration
Students create accounts with their Group CODE, using the student account form. Students can also access the form via www.persona-life.com.
Once registered, students will immediately be taken to their Persona Life Skills homepage, where they can begin their personalised learning journey towards knowing themselves, understanding others, and developing social-emotional life skills using personality insights.
